ONE of the country’s leading newspapers has featured Sound of Kintyre in major article on the development.
The Scottish Sunday Express said Sound of Kintyre was “well above par” and would “delight buyers”.
The comment from the paper was carried in its well-read property section which appeared on December 4.
The article featured the homes which are for sale, local sandy beaches and the appeal which the houses have to golfers with several world-class courses on the doorstep of Sound of Kintyre.
The story said: “It is undoubtedly one of Scotland’s most outstanding locations, a beauty spot where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular vista.
“Now homeowners can savour the views from Sound of Kintyre every day thanks to a new development creating 22 properties overlooking the sea.”
“The homes on offer are in themselves attractive, many having conservatories with views across the sea. All the properties have garages with roller shutters doors and pedestrian doors to the rear. The porches come with quarry tile floors and the gardens are also landscaped.”
A spokesman for Sound of KIntyre said: “We greatly value this kind of publicity in such a prestigious national newspaper as the Scottish Sunday Express.”
